Self

Hi, I'm Susan

I am a linguist-turned-programmer who believes technology should help people feel more connected, capable, and independent.

My lifestyle combines language, teaching, software development, and technology problem-solving. Over time, I noticed that many everyday tasks increasingly require digital skills that can feel frustrating or overwhelming without patient guidance.

I started Angel's Touch Tech Training to provide calm, practical, one-on-one technology support for adults who want to feel more confident using computers, smartphones, email, video calls, online forms, and other everyday tools.

My goal is not just to solve a problem for you today, but to help you understand the steps involved so that you feel more confident and independent in the future.

Technology Support with Patience and Encouragement

Technology has created incredible opportunities to connect with people, information, services, and communities around the world. At the same time, many everyday tasks now require digital skills that can feel overwhelming without the right guidance.

Technology should support independence, not create barriers. Whether your goal is to communicate with family and friends, participate in video calls, manage accounts, complete online applications, or simply feel more comfortable using everyday devices, learning should be practical, encouraging, and tailored to your needs.

Who I Help

I work with adults who would like to become more comfortable using technology in their daily lives. Whether you are learning new skills, returning to technology after a long break, or looking for patient assistance with a specific task, lessons are designed around your needs.

Clients often seek help with:

  • Email and attachments
  • Video calls
  • Password management
  • Online applications and forms
  • Smartphones, tablets, and computers
  • File organization and cloud storage
  • General technology questions and troubleshooting

My Teaching Approach

My approach is patient, personalized, and designed to meet you where you are. Questions are welcome, mistakes are expected, and no advanced technical experience is required.

During lessons, I focus on practical skills that can be used immediately. Rather than simply solving a problem for you, I explain the steps involved and give you time to practice, helping you build confidence for future situations.

Online and In-Person Support

Most services are available through online lessons, allowing clients to receive personalized technology support from the comfort of home. Learning how to join video calls, manage email, navigate websites, organize files, and use online services can all be part of the learning process itself.

For clients in the local area, in-person sessions may also be available.

Whether your goal is to send emails with confidence, participate in video calls, complete online applications, organize files, or simply feel more comfortable using technology, I am here to help you learn at your own pace.
